Moth Survey started in October 2018, with the white light fluorescent lamp tube for moth attraction. 90% of the species recorded in my home roof top, which is north part of Lamma Island, the moth survey in south Lamma need more actions in future.

飛蛾調查於 2018 年十月開始，調查方式主要以燈光吸引趨光性的飛蛾，光源是普通的白光管，有報告指出紫外光燈能夠吸引更多的飛蛾及夜行性昆蟲，期待將來的調查工作能夠添加這設施以觀察實際成效。

而本調查特別之處是九成紀錄都是在南丫島大灣舊村調查員住屋的天台錄得，即是說整個南丫島的飛蛾品種名錄有待將來更全面的調查工作。
